The Minnesota
Gophers men's football team was launching a new advertising campaign
with the characters of Barb and Marge, a rather ordinary pair of suburban
Minnesotans with a penchant for game violence and rough talk.
This interactive, Shockwave game encorporated Barb and Marge and appeared
on the Gopher's Web site during the football season, complete with sound
effects, animated characters, and mathematical calculations.
